Psychotherapy Offerings

Adults

I provide individual therapy sessions to 20 and 30 something adults in a virtual context. This means that you get the approachable, warm, non-judgmental, and transformative pieces all online from the comfort of your home. You might be struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, high sensitivity, or overwhelm. Perhaps you are having difficulty making decisions about your job, future, romantic relationships, or friendships. Or, you might feel like you are being pulled in a million different directions. I am here to walk alongside you as we navigate the areas of life that are causing you distress together. You deserve the time and space to focus on your own needs and goals in the presence of someone who will listen.

University, College, &  Trades Students

Individual counseling is available for undergraduate and graduate students to assist you with a variety of concerns and to help you better understand the obstacles that you may be facing. Students commonly step into my virtual office for difficulties with anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem,  peer & relationship challenges, perfectionism, fears for the future, depression, or combinations therein. You will be given access to a safe and non-judgmental virtual environment for you to address these concerns and explore ways to resolve them.

Teens

Adolescence can be a challenging and exciting time for teens. I am here to provide students aged 16+ with a private space where they are able to connect and share. This sometimes involves anxiety and stress management, identity exploration (both individually and in the context of relationships),  increasing positive strategies for academic success, building self-esteem, relating with peers and forming satisfying friendships, navigating depression,  planning for the future, etc. Individual psychotherapy provides teens with a space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment.

*Please note: Giving teens a private and confidential space to call their own is extremely important to me. If you are interested in getting separate parenting support for this age group please reach out to me and I would be happy to provide you with some outside referrals.
